Gear 1: OFF
Gear 2: Rotate clockwise for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rest for 55 minutes and 30 seconds, and cycle. (Commonly recommended mode)
Gear 3: Rotate counterclockwise for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rest for 55 minutes and 30 seconds, and cycle.
Gear 4: rotate clockwise for 4 minutes, rest for 26 minutes, rotate counterclockwise for 4 minutes, rest for 26 minutes, cycle. (Recommended mode without wearing a watch for a long time)
Gear 5: Rotate clockwise for 4 minutes, stop for 24 minutes (work for 4 hours, stop for 8 hours), rotate counterclockwise for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rest for 55 minutes and 30 seconds (work for 4 hours, stop for 8 hours), and then cycle.
