Gear 1: OFF
Gear 2: Rotate clockwise for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rest for 55 minutes and 30 seconds, and cycle.
Gear 3: Rotate counterclockwise for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rest for 55 minutes and 30 seconds, and cycle. (Commonly recommended mode)
